What We Look For
We look for students who have:
- A solid foundation in mathematics, particularly:
- Probability and statistics
- Optimization
- Numerical modeling
- Probability and statistics
- Familiarity with CAD tools:
- Cadence, SPICE or TCAD
- Programming experience in:
- MATLAB, Python, or C++
- Motivation to do high-quality research and publish in top conferences and journals

The CMAS Lab at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIT Roorkee, is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join our growing team.
Research Focus:
- Scientific Machine Learning (SciML)
- Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs)
- Neural Operator-based Modeling
We are looking for motivated candidates with a strong background in applied machine learning, numerical modeling, and a keen interest in bridging physics and data-driven methods.
